Prices shown on this website are indicative. A project starts only after a written quote or proposal is accepted. Scope, timelines and deliverables are defined in that document.

Projects are billed on a milestone basis. GST, ad budgets paid to Google or Meta, domain renewals, hosting and third-party API messaging charges are billed at actuals.

On full and final payment, ownership of the code, vector source files, raw media footage, administrative accounts and credentials created for you transfers to you.

You agree to provide accurate content, timely feedback and any access required. Delays in these may shift delivery timelines.

We optimise campaigns professionally but cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads or sales, which depend on platforms and market factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total aggregate liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to JAVNEX for the specific milestone or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
