Refund Policy

Because our work is custom and milestone-based, refunds depend on how far a project has progressed.

  1. 01Before work begins

    If you cancel a project before any discovery, design, or engineering work has commenced, the advance deposit is refundable less a 5% administrative and payment gateway processing fee.

  2. 02Completed milestones

    Payments for milestones already delivered and approved are non-refundable.

  3. 03Ad spend & third-party charges

    Budgets paid to Google, Meta or other platforms, domain and hosting fees, and API messaging charges are paid to third parties and cannot be refunded by JAVNEX.

  4. 04Hardware & printed items

    Smart NFC cards, review stands, and printed marketing collateral are custom manufactured. Immediate replacements are offered for items damaged in transit when reported with unboxing photos within 7 days of delivery.

  5. 05How to request

    Email info@javnex.in with your invoice number and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
