Javnex Private Limited (“JAVNEX”, “we”) acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy explains what we collect and why.

    • Google account basics when you sign in: name, email address and profile photo.
    • Your mobile number, entered to unlock pricing and receive quotes.
    • Anything you send via our contact form, chat assistant, WhatsApp or email.

  2. 02Purpose of processing

    We use your data only to show pricing, respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver contracted services and send service-related updates. We do not sell personal data.

    We process your data on the basis of your consent, given through the checkbox on each form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@javnex.in; this will not affect processing done before withdrawal.

  4. 04Your rights

    Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, completion of, or erasure of your personal data, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us or with the Data Protection Board of India.

  5. 05Retention & security

    We retain personal data only for as long as required to fulfill the specified commercial purpose (e.g., preparing project estimates and delivering active contracts) plus 3 years to comply with statutory tax and financial reporting obligations, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized. We maintain strict administrative and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or personal data breaches.

    We engage vetted third-party service providers acting as Data Processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (edge hosting, CDN, and DNS); Supabase, Inc. (PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security); Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business API messaging); and Google LLC (OAuth email authentication). All processors operate under strict data protection and confidentiality obligations.
